Reservation Policy
  1. Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation

  2. You are only renting the items and will be responsible for them during the rental period.  You will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn greeting items.

  3. For the safety of everyone, especially children, please do not allow anyone to play on or around the yard greeting display.  Our lawn greeting items will not safely support the weight of anyone leaning, sitting or playing on it.  Please discourage all persons from playing on or around the display.

  4. We do ask that you treat your yard greeting display with respect.  Please do not move/remove the items.

  5. Please do not throw lawn greeting display items away, or vandalize the signs.  These items are our property and business, please call/text us if you would like it removed at 250-864-3480.  It is best to notify the honoree to not harm the display, as you are still responsible for it.

  6. Please protect our inventory from any damage that might be caused due to flying debris from lawnmowers, string trimmers, dogs, etc.  Please do not mow the lawn with the display up. And please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display, as they may cause damage to the signs.

  7. If you have a LAWN SERVICE coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we set up. We ask that you lightly water the lawn at least 2 hours prior to us arriving to help with the installation of the signs. 

  8. We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration. Please tag @WOWtheYARD or use #WOWtheYARD on social media.  However, please DO NOT pull the signs from the ground.

  9. WOW the YARD and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental.

Refund Policy
  1. Cancellations will be accepted up to 1 week prior to set up with a $25 administration fee.

  2. If you cancel your booking with less than 1 weeks notice, you can choose to receive 1/2 of your booking rate as a refund, or you may leave the full amount on credit for a future booking date, based on our availability.

  3. In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm's way.

  4. No refunds will be given due to: 

       A. the client giving us the wrong address.

       B. the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display.

       C. being denied access to a gated community.

       D. any animals that prevent the display from being set up.

       E. circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display, that are out of our                control.

  5.  All bookings done through school/team fundraisers are non-refundable...however            they are transferable or may be credited towards another install. 

Privacy Policy

The WOW the YARD reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken of the installed sign, without the expressed written permission of the client. WOW the YARD may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used including but not limited to: brochures, social media, books, newspapers, magazines, websites, etc.

By retaining our services, you will have agreed to all Terms and Conditions. 

Payment Methods and Details

We accept Credit Cards or E-Transfers.

All pricing is subject to applicable taxes.


You will be invoiced from RedScope Media, and can make your credit card payment online or send an e-transfer. Payment of invoice will secure your booking.
